Terms and Conditions of Always Timely
1. What is Always Timely?
Always Timely is a digital platform that allows professionals to offer and manage appointments for their services (such as medical consultations, coaching, classes, etc.). They can register clients who may be any adult or a minor through a responsible adult.
By using our platform, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the site.
2. Who can use the platform?
We have two main types of users:
- Professionals: Individuals who offer services through the platform. The first professional to register for a business can create their team and later add more professionals to it.
- Clients: Generally any adult, or a minor through a responsible adult. In the latter case, the client's name can be that of the child, but the contact details (email and phone) will belong to the responsible adult.
3. How does registration work?
To create an account, you only need a valid email and password, or you can sign up using your Google account. We'll ask you to confirm your email. We do not request ID documents or certifications. Each professional is responsible for the information they publish about themselves or their services.
4. What services does Always Timely offer?
- Easy appointment booking.
- Modify or cancel appointments (depending on the professional's availability).
- WhatsApp notifications for appointment confirmations, changes, and reminders.
- Book individual or multiple appointments (as a package of days) through a single form.
5. How do payments work?
- Always Timely only charges professionals a subscription to use the platform.
- Payments are made by credit card via Stripe.
- The first 14 days are free (no card required).
- We do not issue refunds after a charge is made, but you can cancel anytime to avoid being charged for the next month or year.
- Clients do not pay anything to Always Timely — only directly to the professional, if applicable, outside our platform.
6. How do we protect your information?
We only collect what's necessary: name, email, phone number, and payment data (payment details are securely handled via Stripe; we do not store them on our servers).
We use cookies only to keep your session active. We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, but we do not collect personal data through it.
7. Always Timely's responsibility
Always Timely is a tool for scheduling appointments — we are not responsible for the content, quality, or results of the services offered by professionals.
If you have questions, complaints, or issues with a service received, you'll need to resolve it directly with the professional who provided it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If there are significant changes, we'll let you know.
By continuing to use the platform after a change, you agree to the new version.
9. Applicable law
Always Timely is registered as an LLC in Delaware, United States, and follows the laws of that state. Any legal dispute must be resolved in Delaware.
